What you'll do

As the Production Lead, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates, ensuring that all tasks related to kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading of food products are executed efficiently. You will monitor the delivery of the production plan and resolve any work-related issues that may arise, communicating necessary changes to all stakeholders involved. Your role will involve assessing employee performance against daily production targets and providing feedback to help them improve.

You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all production areas and equipment throughout the day and at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will work with the receiving team to ensure that raw materials and packaging are available as needed for production. Your leadership will be crucial in building a strong team culture and driving measurable improvements in productivity and safety standards.
