You are a skilled Paintless Dent Repair Technician with at least 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience. You have a strong understanding of accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your expertise allows you to work efficiently and effectively in a high-tech environment, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards of quality.

What you'll do
As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents and dings on vehicles using paintless dent repair techniques. You will access panels and utilize glue-pulling methods to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to the latest tools and technology in the industry.
You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. Your ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions will be crucial in maintaining Carvana's reputation for quality. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
