You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, showcasing your expertise in accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. What you'll do
As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicle panels, utilizing your expertise in accessing panels and glue-pulling techniques. You will work closely with your team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition, contributing to Carvana's mission of providing exceptional service to customers.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
