You are an aspiring automotive technician with at least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, and you are committed to delivering high-quality work. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer commitments.
Desirable
Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair is a plus, but not required. A willingness to participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge is essential. You are open to feedback and eager to improve your technical abilities in a supportive environment.
What you'll do
As an Entry-Level Post-Production Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks and conducting quality inspections on vehicles. You will check fluid levels and look for any imperfections or repairs needed throughout the post-production process. Your attention to detail will ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it reaches customers. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our operations.
You will work closely with experienced technicians and receive training to develop your skills further. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery, and you will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and company policies. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various training programs that Carvana offers to help you advance your career in the automotive industry.
