What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle. You will work inside our state-of-the-art paint booths, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and meet the company's quality standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting. Your role may involve training entry-level painters, sharing your expertise, and helping them develop their skills. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers in a timely manner.
