Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
What you'll do
As an Entry Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes priming and sanding. You will also perform buffing and touch-up work to ensure a flawless finish. Your role will involve mixing paint to achieve the desired colors and applying it using airbrush techniques. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles that Carvana delivers to customers.
