Who you are
You are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to safety and security. You understand the importance of following protocols and procedures to protect both people and assets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with associates, vendors, and visitors. You are adaptable and can manage various tasks, including emergency procedures and inventory control. You are willing to undergo training and certification in life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED. You thrive in a team environment and are ready to support your colleagues whenever needed.
What you'll do
As a Security Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center. You will serve as the first point of contact for associates, vendors, and visitors, ensuring that proper protocols are followed at all times. You will conduct routine patrols of the facility, documenting any security or safety concerns that arise. You will work closely with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to address requests related to badge creation and CCTV review. Your role will also involve promoting an incident-ready focus every day, ensuring that you are well-versed in the Incident Response Protocol. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for everyone at the facility.

Carvana offers a competitive hourly wage of $20, along with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
