Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you've honed your skills in advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and repairing creases and body lines on vehicle panels. Your expertise allows you to tackle larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum surfaces with precision and care. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.
You appreciate working with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment — you thrive in a setting that values innovation and efficiency. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are open to participating in training programs to further enhance your skills and career progression. You are also comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and working with your hands.
What you'll do
As a Skilled PDR Tech at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize advanced techniques to ensure that each repair meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. Your role will involve assessing the damage on vehicles, determining the best repair methods, and executing those repairs efficiently.
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that the workflow is smooth and that customer vehicles are delivered on time. You will also be expected to keep your work area organized and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
