Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you've honed your skills in advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair, and you are adept at repairing creases and body lines on vehicle panels. Your expertise extends to handling larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum surfaces, ensuring high-quality repairs that meet industry standards.
You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work — you understand the importance of precision in automotive repairs and strive to deliver exceptional results. You are also a team player, ready to collaborate with colleagues in a high-tech environment that values innovation and efficiency.
What you'll do
As a PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Carvana's reputation for quality. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to the latest technology and resources to enhance your skills.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will participate in training programs designed to help you grow within the company.
