What you'll do
As a Senior Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. You will install, repair, and replace vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively.
You will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, which may include working overtime during peak times to meet customer demands. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing advanced vehicle electrical issues and ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.
