You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience β you've honed your skills in advanced glue-pulling techniques and are adept at repairing creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Your expertise allows you to deliver high-quality repairs that meet customer expectations and uphold the standards of a fast-growing automotive retailer.
You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment β you understand the importance of working together to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and in excellent condition. Your commitment to customer satisfaction drives you to go the extra mile, including being open to mandatory overtime when business needs arise.

Desirable
Experience with hail repair techniques is a plus β you understand the unique challenges that come with repairing vehicles affected by hail damage and are prepared to tackle these repairs efficiently. A valid driverβs license is essential, as you may need to move vehicles within the facility.
What you'll do
As a Vehicle Dent Repair Specialist at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles β your day-to-day tasks will include assessing damage, determining the best repair techniques, and executing repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
You will utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques to effectively remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint β your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. You will also be responsible for repairing creases and body lines, as well as addressing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum panels.
In addition to your technical skills, you will contribute to a positive team environment β you will collaborate with your colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, helping to elevate the overall skill level of the team. You will also participate in ongoing training programs to further enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace β ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored and that the repair area is kept tidy will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your attention to detail will help ensure that all repairs are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
