What you'll do

As a Vehicle Dent Repair Specialist at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles — your day-to-day tasks will include assessing damage, determining the best repair techniques, and executing repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

You will utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques to effectively remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint — your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality. You will also be responsible for repairing creases and body lines, as well as addressing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum panels.

In addition to your technical skills, you will contribute to a positive team environment — you will collaborate with your colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, helping to elevate the overall skill level of the team.
