You have a strong background in applied data science and machine learning, with experience in building production-grade models that enhance customer workflows. You understand the importance of trustworthy AI and can translate complex data into actionable insights for accounting and audit professionals. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Design, to integrate AI capabilities into products. You are passionate about solving real-world problems with data and have a keen interest in the fintech industry.
Desirable
Experience with large, heterogeneous datasets and a solid understanding of data governance practices are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI tools will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable working in a product-led environment and can establish strong, repeatable patterns for applied data science practices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on applying machine learning and AI to high-impact customer problems across Casewareβs cloud platform. You will work with complex datasets generated by customer workflows, transforming them into explainable and production-ready AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that AI and data science are tightly integrated into product development. You will contribute to establishing standards for applied data science within the organization, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both effective and trustworthy. You will also be involved in continuous improvement efforts, refining processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of AI implementations.
