What you'll do

As the Software Development Manager for the AI Platform team, you will lead and grow a team of developers focused on building a reusable, enterprise-grade AI platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, ensuring that your team is motivated and equipped to deliver high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with Staff Engineers, Product Management, QA, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams to ensure the platform scales reliably and delivers measurable value. Your role will involve overseeing the technical stewardship of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of product teams and customers alike. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to shape the direction of Caseware's AI initiatives.
