What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Delivery Platform team, overseeing the complete deployment lifecycle from code commit through production. You will also spearhead the new Platform AI Foundations team, enabling Wealthsimple's AI capabilities. Your responsibilities include scaling these teams, defining technical strategy, and ensuring that hundreds of engineers can build and ship software efficiently. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve system reliability and development velocity.
You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work to create an exceptional developer experience, ensuring that the tools and systems in place support the needs of the engineering organization. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of Wealthsimple's platform engineering efforts.
