Your experience includes designing and building reliable data pipelines that facilitate real-time data flows and support production-grade AI applications. You are comfortable taking ownership of data engineering solutions from inception to deployment, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and operationally excellent.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work closely with platform, AI, DevOps, and product teams. You have a knack for translating emerging technologies into durable capabilities that enhance customer experiences. Your technical leadership is evident as you influence architectural direction and contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in evolving Caseware's cloud platform by designing and building data pipelines that move data from transactional systems into analytics-ready platforms. You will enable real-time and event-driven data flows, ensuring that the data infrastructure supports the advanced analytics and AI capabilities that Caseware is developing. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as ensuring the security and scalability of the data platforms.

You will also be involved in shaping the architectural direction of the data infrastructure, providing technical leadership, and guiding the implementation of best practices in data engineering. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Caseware's cloud ecosystem, helping customers work smarter and faster.
