You leverage your deep technical knowledge to solve complex business problems and proactively assess your team’s health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements. You are committed to continuous learning and adopting best practices, such as writing clean and reusable code using Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and design patterns. Your experience allows you to advocate for continuous delivery practices that deliver high-quality software and value to end customers as early as possible.

Desirable

You have experience creating large-scale distributed systems out of microservices, and you are familiar with the latest technologies and methodologies in software development. Your ability to cultivate a thriving team environment while driving towards an aspirational tech vision sets you apart.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for writing clean and iterative code, ensuring that best engineering practices are followed throughout the development process. You will advocate for continuous delivery practices, enabling your team to deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will also mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of software engineering principles.

Your role will involve assessing the health of your team and the quality of the codebase, ensuring that nonfunctional requirements are met. You will engage in thoughtful discussions with your team to foster a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish. You will also be involved in creating large-scale distributed systems, leveraging microservices architecture to build robust and scalable applications.
