As a Field Account Executive, you will act as a brand ambassador for Casper, supporting retail partners through regular store visits and effective training sessions. You understand the importance of product knowledge and are committed to ensuring that retail associates are well-equipped to represent the Casper brand. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with store managers and selling associates to enhance the customer experience.

You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable conducting both in-store and virtual training sessions. Your ability to engage and motivate others will help build competency with the Casper brand among retail partners. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all merchandising guidelines and visual elements are executed properly at partner stores. You are a subject matter expert on Casper's product offerings and operational processes, which allows you to provide valuable support to retail partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Casper's current and future retail partnerships through regular store visits. You will conduct effective training sessions for partner selling associates, utilizing a mix of scheduled in-store and virtual training, as well as regular follow-up sessions. Your goal is to build competency with the Casper brand and ensure that retail associates have adequate product knowledge. You will partner with retail store managers and selling associates within your region to ensure effective execution at the point of sale, including the proper presentation of Casper products and the effective use of selling tools and brand collateral.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Casper merchandising guidelines and visual merchandising elements are properly executed at all retail partner stores. Your expertise in Casper's product offerings will enable you to provide valuable insights and support to retail partners, helping them to effectively sell Casper products. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through effective training and support.
