Casper is seeking a QA Manager to lead the quality assurance function within their Technology team. You'll partner with various teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences and evolve the QA lifecycle. This role requires strong experience in Agile methodologies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in quality assurance management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading QA teams in a technology-driven environment. You are motivated and self-driven, with a passion for building exceptional software and ensuring high standards of quality. Your experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies allows you to effectively own and evolve the QA lifecycle, ensuring that quality is defined, measured, and delivered across the organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to define user stories and acceptance criteria. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of both manual and automated testing paths to maintain and improve product quality.
Desirable
Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital product launches is a plus. Familiarity with test automation tools and techniques will enhance your ability to drive quality initiatives effectively.
What you'll do
As the QA Manager at Casper, you will lead the QA function and be responsible for transforming how quality is defined and delivered. You will partner with technology teams and cross-functional business partners to ensure that new launches meet Casper's quality standards. Your role will involve owning the QA lifecycle as part of Agile/SCRUM processes, working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test coverage. You will maintain and improve the quality of the site, ensuring that all digital experiences are best-in-class. You will also mentor and guide your QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
