Ro is hiring a Corporate Quality Manager to develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System. You'll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive quality improvements. This role requires experience in quality systems management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in quality management systems, with experience in developing and implementing quality programs that meet regulatory standards. You understand the importance of controlled document management and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to quality event processes and metrics. Your ability to partner cross-functionally allows you to drive procedural compliance and system-level improvements effectively. You are data-driven and committed to fostering a quality culture that is inspection-ready.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with various teams, including Pharmacy and Product Quality. You are proactive in tracking and trending quality event metrics, ensuring that nonconformances and deviations are addressed promptly. Your experience in participating in internal and third-party audits equips you with the knowledge to support inspection readiness activities across the organization.
What you'll do
As the Corporate Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Ro's Quality Management System. You will oversee the document lifecycle, ensuring that all controlled documents are created, revised, approved, and periodically reviewed in compliance with applicable regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain procedural compliance and drive improvements in quality systems.
You will track and trend quality event metrics, supporting a data-driven quality culture that is always prepared for inspections. Your responsibilities will include participating in internal and third-party audits, ensuring that the company meets all regulatory requirements. You will also be tasked with communicating quality data effectively to team members, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
