Who you are
You are a reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a clinical environment. You understand the importance of a clean space for both staff and participants, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and sanitized. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills when interacting with clinical staff and participants. You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that no area is overlooked during your cleaning routine. You are physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary. You are committed to following safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the general cleaning of clinical areas, including restrooms and common areas. Your duties will include spot cleaning, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing trash to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. You may also assist with laundering towels, bed linens, and participant clothing as needed. You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic by maintaining a clean and organized space for both staff and participants. Your role is crucial in supporting the clinical research process by ensuring that the environment is conducive to the work being done.
