Who you are
You are looking for an opportunity to support a business that creates life-saving treatments. As a Phlebotomist/Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the activities of study participants and handling human biological samples. You will also take vital signs, perform EKGs, and monitor meals. While previous medical experience is preferred, it is not required as excellent training will be provided.
You are detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care. You understand the importance of accuracy in recording data and are comfortable working in a clinical research environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with study participants and team members will be essential in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will monitor the activities of study participants, ensuring their safety and comfort during clinical research studies. You will handle human biological samples with care and precision, recording data accurately to support the research process. Taking vital signs and performing EKGs will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with measuring height and weight and monitoring meals.
You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, contributing to the overall success of clinical trials. Your role is crucial in helping to gather data that can lead to the development of new treatments. You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.
