What you'll do
As an Instrument Scientist/Associate Scientist at Celerion, you will be responsible for executing critical tests to ensure that compounds from the in-house pharmacy meet all required specifications for use in clinical research trials. You will work closely with the Dose Formulation team to develop and optimize formulations, ensuring that every dose is ready for delivery on schedule. Your role will involve analyzing data, documenting results, and collaborating with other scientists to troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
You will also participate in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and contribute to the development of new methodologies. Your expertise will help guide the team in making informed decisions about formulation strategies and testing protocols. You will play a key role in ensuring that Celerion's clinical research efforts are efficient and effective, ultimately helping to bring new drugs to market faster.
