You have a strong background in product data management and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your experience in product operations equips you with a deep understanding of how to operationalize metrics related to user adoption, engagement, and retention. What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical and analytical backbone of the Product organization, owning key tools and building integrations that support product decisions. You will lead the operational and technical enablement of product analytics, defining standards and building scalable data foundations. Your responsibilities will include proposing improvements to existing systems and executing solutions that enhance the management of product data and tooling. You will work closely with product teams to ensure they have the insights needed to make confident, data-informed decisions.
You will identify gaps in current processes and propose strategic enhancements, ensuring that product teams can access accurate and actionable data. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align product operations with company objectives, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment. You will also be responsible for defining metrics that matter for product-led growth and ensuring that these metrics are operationalized effectively across the organization.
