You possess a solid understanding of data governance and compliance, ensuring that all data handling processes meet regulatory standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams helps you drive initiatives that enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization.

What you'll do

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer at Cyara, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Airbyte-based data ingestion platform running on Kubernetes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, availability, and cost efficiency of the data sync infrastructure. You will work closely with data scientists and analysts to understand their data needs and ensure that the data pipelines are optimized for performance and scalability.

You will implement best practices for data governance and compliance, ensuring that all data handling processes are secure and meet industry standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments, as well as optimizing resource usage to control costs effectively.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new features that enhance the data platform's capabilities. This includes integrating new data sources and improving existing workflows to support the growing needs of the business.

You will also contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to help onboard new team members and ensure that best practices are shared across the organization.
