Cellares is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to drive operational and financial performance in a scaling biotech environment. You'll lead core FP&A processes and partner with functional leaders across various departments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in financial planning and analysis.

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment and possess the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Your analytical mindset allows you to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making in a capital-intensive, project-driven business.
With experience leading core FP&A processes, you are well-versed in annual planning, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews. You have a proven track record of serving as a trusted partner to functional leaders across various departments, including Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial, and G&A. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths.
Desirable
Experience in the biotech or life sciences industry is a plus, as is familiarity with capital-intensive projects. You may also have a background in working with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the corporate FP&A function, ensuring that the company’s financial performance is aligned with its strategic goals. You will oversee the annual planning process, working closely with department heads to gather input and develop comprehensive financial plans. Your expertise in forecasting will be critical as you analyze trends and provide insights that inform business decisions.
You will conduct monthly performance reviews, presenting findings to leadership and making recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that financial objectives are met and that resources are allocated effectively. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models that support strategic initiatives.
