What you'll do
In this role, you will build and develop a world-class FP&A team, taking ownership of the annual budget process and other key inputs that drive the corporate forecast model. You will partner with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and driving standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions. You will leverage technology to drive efficiencies across the finance and accounting functions, ensuring that the organization meets its EBITDA goals. You will provide insightful real-time information to business partners, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with the company's mission to protect life.
