You have a strong background in product ownership, particularly in the context of SAP Manufacturing Systems, with a focus on cell therapy and GMP compliance. Your experience includes leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions tailored to complex workflows in personalized therapies, such as autologous and allogeneic cell treatments. You thrive in a strategic role where you can align SAP with clinical and commercial supply chains, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You possess deep expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing processes, understanding the intricacies involved in cell and gene therapy operations. Your technical strength allows you to navigate the challenges of implementing SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a trusted advisor to ensure that all systems are optimized for patient-centric outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions that support cell therapy operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the SAP systems are fully aligned with the clinical and commercial supply chains, providing end-to-end visibility and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

You will also be responsible for conducting user research and gathering feedback to continuously improve the SAP systems. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the operational requirements of the organization. You will monitor the performance of the SAP systems and make recommendations for enhancements based on user feedback and operational metrics.
