Job Description
Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a software product line, ideally within the clinical trial or related field. Your ability to reason from first principles allows you to approach challenges strategically and analytically. You possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, which enable you to effectively act as the voice for your scrum team. Your time management and organizational skills ensure that you can drive progress and execute tasks efficiently.
You have a creative problem-solving ability and a sense of ownership that drives you to be proactive in your role. You understand the importance of maintaining product usage metrics, feature requests, and core bugs, and you are comfortable working with sales to demo and discuss current and planned product solutions with clients.
What you'll do
As a Product Owner at Suvoda, you will be responsible for defining user stories and the definition of done for your assigned line of product. You will lead scrum team meetings from sprint planning to sprint retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases. Tracking and reporting on scrum team velocity will be a key part of your role, as will acting as the voice for the scrum team in discussions with Product Managers to support the planning cadence.
You will create and maintain product release documentation and coordinate completion with the product development team. Supporting Product Manager activities throughout the lifecycle of a product release will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain metrics related to product usage, feature requests, and core bugs, and work closely with sales to demo and discuss current and planned product solutions with both current and prospective clients.
