Celonis is seeking a Manager of Cloud Security to lead and mentor a team of cloud security engineers. You'll drive the cloud security strategy and implement security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role requires strong expertise in cloud security and team leadership.

Who you are
You have a strong background in cloud security, with at least 5 years of experience in securing multi-cloud infrastructures. Your expertise spans AWS, Azure, and GCP, and you are well-versed in designing and implementing security controls that align with business goals. You thrive in leadership roles, mentoring and developing teams to foster a culture of security excellence. You understand the importance of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on technical involvement in day-to-day operations. Your communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with compliance frameworks and security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS benchmarks would be a plus. Familiarity with security tools and technologies for threat detection and incident response is also beneficial. You are proactive in staying updated with the latest security trends and threats, continuously seeking to improve security posture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of cloud security engineers, providing strategic direction and hands-on guidance to secure Celonis’ multi-cloud infrastructure. You will implement the cloud security roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and risk posture. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as continuously monitoring the security posture to adapt to the evolving threat landscape. You will work closely with other teams within the InfoSec organization to enhance the security of the Celonis application and platform stacks. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of security excellence within your team, mentoring engineers, and promoting best practices in cloud security.
