What you'll do
As a Senior/Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will lead agile project teams focused on accelerating customers' digital transformation journeys. You will initiate and conduct business workshops to understand customers' strategic objectives and translate them into high-impact Celonis use cases. Coordinating with the Data Operations team, you will connect Celonis solutions to customer IT environments, ensuring seamless data extraction and integration. You will leverage the latest features of Celonis software to drive product adoption and maximize value for clients. Your role will involve developing data-driven process insights and actions, guiding your project team to deliver exceptional results. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior consultants and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
