What you'll do

As a Senior/Lead Consultant at Celonis, you will lead agile project teams to accelerate our customers' digital transformation journeys. You will initiate and conduct business workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases. Your role will involve coordinating with the Data Operations team to connect our solutions to the customer IT environment, ensuring seamless data extraction and integration.

You will leverage the newest features and functionalities of Celonis software, including process automation and task mining, to deliver tailored solutions that drive product adoption. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in helping customers maximize the value they receive from our technology.

In addition to project leadership, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and sharing best practices across the organization. You will also play a key role in driving Celonis' international expansion by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
