Who you are
You have experience in technical support and are eager to become an expert in Celonis Process Intelligence Software. You understand the challenges organizations face when deploying software and are skilled at diagnosing and resolving product-related issues. You thrive in a collaborative environment, forming the interface between customers, partners, and internal teams.
You are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with customers and provide them with the support they need. You are motivated to grow within the Customer Support organization and contribute to its success in the Raleigh office.
Desirable
Experience with SaaS products and familiarity with cloud-based systems would be advantageous. A background in process intelligence or related fields is a plus, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide 2nd Level Support for customers using Celonis On-Premise and Intelligent Business Cloud products. You will be the named technical contact for Premium Support Customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include accepting, qualifying, and driving technical support cases to resolution, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
You will engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions and guidance on best practices for using Celonis products. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, and contributing to the knowledge base to improve future support efforts.
You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of Celonis products and support processes, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities. Your contributions will help shape the customer support experience and drive the success of our clients.
