You are an experienced IT professional with hands-on expertise in both macOS and Windows environments. You thrive in a fast-paced, international workplace and are eager to support your colleagues by resolving IT-related issues efficiently. Your strong troubleshooting skills enable you to act as the first point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring that employees receive timely assistance. You are adaptable and willing to work in a shift-based support model to provide global coverage. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with the global IT Service Team, contributing to a seamless IT experience for all employees.

What you'll do

As an IT Service Engineer at Celonis, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across the company. You will act as the first point of contact for IT support requests from employees, resolving issues or escalating tickets as necessary. Your role will involve providing hands-on support for both macOS and Windows platforms, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will collaborate with the global IT Service Team to resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain computing equipment and peripherals, including desktop and laptop systems, network printers, and video conferencing systems like Zoom and MS Teams. You will also manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and access to perform their roles effectively.
