Desirable

Experience in SaaS product management is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning concepts and practices. You may have worked with various AI technologies and understand how to integrate them into existing products. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of AI applications that enhance the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph. You will collaborate with Application Domain Leads to integrate AI capabilities into their solution suites, ensuring that the applications meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include designing user-friendly interfaces that balance standardization with customization, making it easy for customers to adopt the applications. You will also develop generic capabilities such as predictions, simulations, anomaly detection, and optimization, ensuring that these features are robust and reliable. You will work closely with engineering teams to oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models, ensuring they perform optimally in production environments. Additionally, you will gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the applications and drive user engagement.
