What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of AI applications that enhance the capabilities of Celonis' Process Intelligence technology. You will collaborate with Application Domain Leads to integrate AI features into existing solutions, ensuring that they meet customer needs and drive engagement. Your responsibilities will include designing applications with a focus on user experience, balancing standardization with customization to meet diverse client requirements.

You will oversee the development of core AI functionalities such as predictions, simulations, and anomaly detection, working closely with engineering teams to deploy and monitor machine learning models. Your role will involve gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the applications and ensure they deliver real value.

You will also be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. You will conduct user research to understand pain points and opportunities, translating these insights into actionable product enhancements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial in driving the success of your projects.
