Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in a dedicated vulnerability management role, demonstrating a deep understanding of networking protocols and cloud architectures. Your excellent scripting skills in Python or Bash enable you to create custom solutions for vulnerability assessments. You are adept at interpreting and triaging findings from various security tools, including network scanners and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).

Your background in cybersecurity equips you with the knowledge to develop and maintain an asset inventory for dynamic scanning requirements. You are proactive in identifying potential vulnerabilities and have experience participating in Red Team exercises to enhance security measures. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to create executive-level vulnerability metrics and dashboards that communicate risks effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer at Celonis, you will execute comprehensive vulnerability scans across various technological domains, including network, cloud, and applications. You will interpret findings from network scanners, CSPM, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and Static Application Security Testing (SAST), providing actionable intelligence to remediation teams. Your role will involve developing and maintaining an asset inventory to support dynamic scanning requirements.

You will create executive-level vulnerability metrics and dashboards to communicate findings and risks to stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in Red Team exercises to proactively identify vulnerabilities and enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Your contributions will be pivotal in safeguarding Celonis' infrastructure and ensuring compliance with security standards.
