What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Celonis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team — your primary focus will be on account research and strategic prospecting. You will engage with potential clients through cold calling, aiming to identify and source key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts. Your efforts will contribute to the overall growth of the company, as you align focus accounts with the account team and help drive the sales process forward.
You will participate in a structured onboarding process designed to equip you with the essentials of tech sales — this includes weekly coaching sessions with management and mentoring by senior BDRs. You will gain real-life exposure to the BDR role, taking ownership of dedicated target accounts and working towards monthly targets. Your contributions will be vital in transforming the way companies run their processes through Celonis' innovative technology.
