What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the technical and value lead for complex, regulated customers, guiding them through the full value journey from initial demo to long-term adoption. You will partner with sales to lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery sessions, tailored demos, and Proof-of-Value projects. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you leverage SQL and Python to analyze customer data, build insights, and support value quantification. You will translate public sector challenges into high-impact solutions, ensuring that your clients see the measurable benefits of the Celonis platform. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process intelligence and transformation.
