What you'll do

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Celonis, you will be responsible for architecting the operating system for how engineering operates in the India hub. You will partner directly with Engineering Directors and Senior Product Leaders to drive mission-critical initiatives that span Infrastructure, Data, and Core Platform services. Your role will involve defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all teams are aligned on objectives. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Your ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams will be key to your success in this role.
