Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager in IT or Enterprise Systems β you've successfully led large-scale ERP or HCM implementations, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Your strong grasp of program management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid models, allows you to adapt to various project needs effectively.
Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to influence and collaborate across technical and business domains. You thrive in dynamic environments, showcasing strong organizational and analytical capabilities that help you manage multiple priorities seamlessly. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet is second nature to you, allowing you to drive consistent delivery frameworks and governance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that drive Uberβs HR technology transformation. You will manage delivery across multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Time, and Absence. Collaborating with HR, Engineering, and vendor partners, you will define project scope, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned and on track.
You will oversee execution across configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and change management, identifying and mitigating risks while managing interdependencies and resolving blockers across global teams. Your ability to communicate progress, risks, and metrics effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders will be crucial in fostering strong collaboration across time zones, promoting a culture of partnership and accountability.
Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and ensure the scalability of the HR tech landscape post go-live, making a significant impact on the organizationβs efficiency and effectiveness.
