What you'll do

As a Senior System Engineer at Celonis, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the global IT infrastructure. This includes resolving 2nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees and collaborating with the international IT Service Desk and Infrastructure Team. You will take ownership of infrastructure-related tasks, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with your team to implement automation solutions that streamline processes and improve service delivery.
