What you'll do
As an Onboarding Specialist at Cents, you will play a key role in leading customer onboarding initiatives for laundromat owners across the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to guide operators through their journey of starting to use Cents, ensuring they are set up and customized with the marketing suite level products. You will test different onboarding approaches, such as white glove versus self-serve, to find the most effective methods for client engagement. Your role will involve educating clients on the benefits of the software, helping them understand how to maximize its value for their businesses.
