SevenRooms is seeking an Onboarding Manager to develop and implement client onboarding strategies. You'll manage diverse implementation projects to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product adoption. This role requires strong project management skills and a customer-centric approach.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and project management, with experience in developing and managing client onboarding activities from project kick-off to launch. You understand the importance of accelerating time to first value for clients and have a knack for creative problem-solving. Your empathetic nature allows you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term success with the product. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a diverse, global team.

What you'll do

As the Onboarding Manager, you will oversee all client onboarding activities, ensuring that each project is executed on schedule and meets high customer satisfaction standards. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored onboarding strategies that facilitate product adoption. Your role will involve managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, including solutions for reservation, waitlist, and table management, as well as online ordering and marketing automation. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Client Onboarding, to enhance the onboarding process and contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success Team.
