You are a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in finance transformation, having successfully led end-to-end transformation programs that drive tangible business impact. Your expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, along with your knowledge of RPA and data analytics tools, positions you as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders.

You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to build trusted client relationships and manage executive stakeholders effectively. Your collaborative, results-oriented approach ensures that you can influence change at the C-suite level while leading high-performing teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the engagement lead on finance transformation programs, focusing on strategy, operating model redesign, process optimization, and technology enablement. You will partner with CFOs and senior finance leaders to define their finance vision, transformation roadmap, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with their core priorities.

You will track the progress of transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in digital enablers to drive improvements across processes and technology. Your ability to lead client relationships and manage executive stakeholders will be crucial as you influence change and deliver impactful results.
