Who you are

You have at least ten years of experience working in a transaction advisory role, primarily within the Big Four, showcasing your deep understanding of financial due diligence processes. Your professional services background equips you with the skills necessary to navigate complex financial landscapes, and you hold a CPA certification, which is preferred for this role. You possess a Bachelor's degree in a Financial or Accounting field from an accredited university, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in finance and accounting principles. Your ability to travel up to 20% depending on client needs indicates your flexibility and commitment to client engagement.

What you'll do

As a Managing Director at CFGI, you will lead buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing critical financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investors. You will analyze target company data to identify historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings and assets, pro forma financials, and working capital calculations. Your role will involve assessing debt and debt-like items, as well as other potential liabilities and risks that could impact the valuation and negotiation processes with target companies. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that your team delivers high-quality insights and recommendations that align with client objectives.
