CFGI is hiring a Financial Due Diligence Manager to support transaction advisory engagements. You'll analyze target company data to identify financial trends and risks. This position requires at least five years of experience in assurance or transaction advisory roles.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least five years of experience working in an assurance or transaction advisory role within a Big Four firm — your background in professional services has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex financial landscapes. You hold a Bachelor's degree in the Financial or Accounting field from an accredited university, and a CPA is preferred. Your analytical skills allow you to dissect financial data and identify trends that impact valuation and negotiation. You are comfortable with travel, as this role may require up to 20% depending on client needs.
What you'll do
As a Financial Due Diligence Manager at CFGI, you will support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investors. You will analyze target company data to identify historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings and assets, pro forma financials, and working capital calculations. Your role will involve assessing debt and debt-like items, as well as other potential liabilities and risks that could impact the valuation of the target company. You will work closely with clients to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making during transactions.
