Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Your expertise allows you to assess business challenges and recommend effective finance strategies that align with organizational goals. You are skilled in using tools like Tableau and Power BI to deliver insightful reports and analyses that inform critical business decisions.
You possess a solid understanding of ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, which enables you to navigate complex financial systems and processes. Your experience leading project teams has equipped you with the ability to facilitate requirement workshops and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the transformation process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, working closely with clients to support their finance functions. You will lead and support project teams in delivering business transformation initiatives that align finance with business strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing finance strategies, managing financial risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement based on sales and spending trends.
You will provide best-in-class business partnering support, delivering quality reports and analyses that help clients make informed decisions. Additionally, you will participate in business development initiatives and contribute to proposal development processes, showcasing CFGI's capabilities to potential clients. Staying updated on advancements in technology and innovations within the CFO ecosystem will be essential to your success in this role.
