What you'll do
As a Service Delivery Manager at ChargePoint, you will be responsible for overseeing the support relationship with priority customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will proactively engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, facilitating communication between them and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your role will involve monitoring service performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels, using this data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Service Delivery Management to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all service commitments are fulfilled. You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the initial setup process and providing ongoing support as they integrate ChargePoint's solutions into their operations.
