What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native solutions that support ChargePoint's NOC services — your work will involve creating analytics dashboards that provide insights into network performance and health. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the operational needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring appropriate documentation for all development and modifications, which is crucial for maintaining system integrity.

You will also be responsible for implementing best practices in cloud security and monitoring, ensuring that all systems are protected against potential threats. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, allowing you to continuously improve the solutions you provide. You will work closely with the Director of NOC Delivery & Automation to align your projects with the strategic goals of the company.
