You have a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and are comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Checkr, you will play a crucial role in the architecture and development of integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You will work closely with the Enterprise team to ensure that our background check solutions are accurate, efficient, and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing backend services, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability of our systems.

You will collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. This involves participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development process. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.

In addition to your technical contributions, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills.
